All Heavenly Bundles are shipped Priority Mail. We will ship your
sling within 1-2 business days after we receive payment confirmation.
We charge a flat rate of $6, which includes a USPS tracking number that
will be e-mailed to you. We do not charge extra for purchasing multiple
slings. Insurance is optional and recommended. Please let us know if
you would like us to include insurance in your order: We are not
responsible for lost packages.
International Shipping varies from country to country and is
based on weight. Please e-mail us your country of destination and we
quote you an international shipping charge which will include insurance.
Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax.
Returns and Exchanges
Thank you so much for purchasing a Heavenly Bundle Sling!
We truly appreciate your business. Your feedback is important to us and
want you to be happy with your new purchase.
Please read our following
return/exchange policies. Return Policy: Returns must be made within
30 days of purchase date. To qualify for a refund, your Heavenly Bundle
sling must be in a new, unused, and unwashed condition, free of any
pet hairs and free of any odors. Slings that smell of cigarette smoke
will not be accepted.
You will be refunded your purchase price, minus shipping charges.
Note: Remember to let us know if you are returning/exchanging a sling by e-mail.
Please provide a brief reason for the return/exchange. If we receive a sling
that we feel is not appropriate for a refund we will not be able to accept the sling and will have to
return it back to you. We do not accept returns on any custom/special orders.
Exchanges: You may exchange your baby sling within 14 days of your
purchase date for another size or pattern depending on availability.
Your Heavenly Bundle sling must be in a new, unused and unwashed condition
in order to qualify for an exchange. Please provide a check/money order/ or
stamp for a $5 Priority Mail with your returned sling to cover shipping fees
to send a new sling back to you.
If you received a Heavenly Bundle as a gift and would like to exchange the size, please give us information about the purchaser. We will gladly exchange the sling for you for a different size. Please provide a check/money order/ or stamp for a $5 Priority Mail with your return sling to cover shipping fees to send a new sling back to you.

(such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless you
voluntarily submit that information to us through our pages or other means.
Any information you submit to us is treated as confidential and is not
sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties.
In addition, we maintain up-to-date procedures and technology
designed to prevent others from unauthorized access to the personal
information you provide to us.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information,
such as credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected
with the best encryption software in the industry, SSL.
All personal information that you submit to our server is encrypted using
the state of the art 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology
(on a secure
page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers

The credit card payments, both online and offline are securely processed
through the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway.
